People......@ MoMA #4........Beautiful You #3

                                                                                     7th, 8th & 9th Image in my Portfolio

Image 7 - People: One of the shots in Union Sq.One of the good frames I found to print..it was difficult on this one cos the trees kept on contrasting with the people, wasted alot of paper and test strips, changed filters...found the right filter but still had problems with the trees, so Prof. Boon helped with getting it right by teaching me  the dodging technique (by darken a few areas) for another 30secs.

This frame (People) :Canon EOS K2, 35mm Film - Fuji Neopan 400, Filter 2 , f.8, 30secs. Another 30secs on selected areas  (Test Strip 10secs each)

 * Image 8 - @ MoMA #4 - This image is a chair. I did a closeup on it...I kinda like it. I also captured it with my SD too which I will  show later. This was shot outside the building but still at MoMA where we went to relax after shooting.

This frame (@ MoMA #4) :Canon EOS K2, 35mm Film - Fuji Neopan 400, Filter 2 1/2, f.8, 15secs (Test Strip 5secs each)

Image 9 - Beautiful You #3 - Another Portrait of Esi and another Esi II . Aleast she's smiling here :). Thanks Girl!

This frame (Beautiful You #3) :Canon EOS K2, 35mm Film - Fuji Neopan 400, Filter 4, f.8, 60secs (Test Strip 10secs each)

Good stuff. I especially like the one in the middle.
Nacha Kama: Thanks Martin!
A striking trio. I find the center image especially appealing.
Nacha Kama: Merci Red Pen!
I like the middle and the smiling Esi on the right but the left seems to lack contrast but it might look better in a larger format. At that size it is difficult to see.
Nacha Kama: I know...the 1st one gave me problems...but hey at least you like the other two :d

Burning and Dodging. 2 words that send shivers down my spine. You talk about the trials that you are going through, yet your images show such skill in the art of taking pictures and developing them!

Sure wish I had a Prof. Boon standing over my shoulder whenever I need help! grin

This is so cool, NaCha, as I keep saying, that we get to see what you're learning.

Ok... brief and sharp. Nice individual photo's
but as a collective these shots have nothing uniting them i.e a theme.

I will be back 2morro though smile keep up the good work

very skillful. Lucky to have a mentor too. Looking forward to seeing more of your beautiful shots.
Hi...am intrigued why three? or two? Is there a link which you are setting up as a puzzle?
I like the park shot especially.

Again great stuff. although Image 7 I would have liked to see as single posting as well - it looks very good with the line of people on the bench(es), but since it is so small I am missing detail.

The other are great with Esi in great form smile
Beautiful photos! The "Beautiful You #3" is a very good work!
Ei! Nacha, an intelligent form to take advantage of the new group! wink
